Account Registration

Welcome Bonus:

• A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Or, depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳28,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a specific validity period and wagering requirements — please read them carefully before accepting a bonus.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• tk550 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if a user engages in any activity that violates the bonus policy.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts claiming bonuses from the same home network, device, or identity will be considered bonus abuse.

Gaming Rules

Each game on tk550 operates according to specific rules. The general gaming terms are as follows:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness and transparency.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the result of any bet already placed will remain recorded in the system and will be considered final.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a software error, that bet may be considered void.
• If any dispute arises over a game result, tk550's server records will be considered the final evidence.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game (exploiting software errors, collusion, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sporting authority.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk550:

• Transferring or selling control of an account to a third party.

• Engaging in fraudulent activities against other users.

Account Suspension and Closure

• If the user themselves requests account closure.
• If a self-exclusion is activated under the responsible gaming policy.

Upon Account Closure: If an account is closed based on a user's normal request and there is no rule violation, the remaining balance will be returned. However, if closed due to a rule violation, any bonuses earned and winnings derived from those bonuses will be forfeited.
